1. Who is responsible
Svayam Incarnation Limited, 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom (company number 15228262), is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: privacy@svayam.uk.
2. What we collect
- Account: your email address, name and date of birth when you create an account or sign in, held in the account system we run for our products, and the sign-in and security events that come with it.
- Waiting list: your email, optional name, the plan you chose and whether you want product news.
- Messages: what you send through the contact or security form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and the pages you request, in server and security logs.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
3. Why we use it, and the lawful basis

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similar effects on you.
4. Who we share it with
Only with companies that help us run the site, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Cloudflare: network security and delivery for dekota.org (IP address and request details; global network).
- Contabo: the servers that run this site and our account system today (Germany).
- Amazon Web Services: sending sign-in emails (email address and message; UK, EU and US).
We may disclose data where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Where data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, with extra safeguards where needed.
6. How long we keep it
- Account data: while your account is open, and up to 30 days after you close it, unless the law needs us to keep part of it longer.
- Waiting list: until the plan opens and we have told you, or until you ask us to remove you, and no longer than 24 months.
- Messages: up to 24 months after we last reply.
- Server and security logs: up to 90 days.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to how we use it, ask us to limit its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@svayam.uk. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to your local data protection authority.
8. Children
Dekota is not for people under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We will post any change here with a new date, and tell account holders by email if it is significant.
